Welcome to 999cuci. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 999cuci ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which together form the entire agreement between both parties.

By registering an account at 999cuci, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement takes effect from the date your account is registered.

These terms and conditions apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered members, and VIP program participants. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Scope of Agreement

This agreement covers all services provided by 999cuci, including but not limited to:

• Sports and e-sports betting services

• All financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals
• Customer support services and related communications
• Mobile app and all digital platform versions

To register and use the 999cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 999cuci reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of anyone found not meeting these requirements at any time.

Age and Location Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You are not located in a country or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from the 999cuci platform

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. It is your responsibility to ensure your account information remains current.

KYC Verification Process

One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 999cuci. • The first withdrawal from a new account requires full KYC verification before it can be processed

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms
• The wagering requirement (rollover) must be met within the specified period or the bonus will be automatically forfeited
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or converted to cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met

Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:

• Using bonuses for opposing bets (hedging) to artificially minimize risk
• Colluding with other players to collectively meet wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Using automated software or bots to play games while a bonus is active

All games available at 999cuci are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules. Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed on the grounds of personal preference or expected outcome.

Game Integrity

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party

999cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and at its sole discretion where reasonable grounds exist to do so. The following circumstances may result in action being taken against an account:

• Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Proven multiple account registration or bonus abuse
• Inappropriate or threatening behavior toward customer support staff

Account Closure Upon Member Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support. Before the account is closed, all active wagering requirements must be settled and any eligible balance will be transferred to you once all security checks are complete. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons may be protected from re-registration through our self-exclusion mechanism.

Applicable Law
