Deposits via FPX and eWallet are typically processed automatically within 1 to 5 minutes. For manual bank transfers, processing takes between 5 and 15 minutes after proof of payment is submitted. If your deposit has not arrived after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with your transaction reference number for immediate verification.
999cuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via local payment methods such as FPX and eWallets. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to network fees imposed by the blockchain, not by 999cuci. All charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your transaction.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawals at 999cuci are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for most requests submitted during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to Malaysia bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others) and eWallets such as Touch 'n Go are processed automatically. During peak hours or for larger amounts, processing may take up to 1 hour.
The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for regular members, while VIP members enjoy higher limits depending on their membership tier. Ensure the bank account you use is registered under the same name as your 999cuci account to avoid processing delays.
There are several common reasons why a withdrawal may be delayed or rejected:
- Bonus wagering requirement (rollover) not yet fully met
- Identity verification (KYC) not yet completed
- Bank account details do not match the 999cuci account name
- The bank account entered is inactive or the account number is incorrect
- Insufficient account balance after fee deduction

The wagering requirement means you need to wager the bonus amount received a certain number of times before the bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and you receive RM 100 in bonus, you need to place bets totalling RM 2,000 (RM 100 × 20) before a bonus withdrawal is allowed.
